Led by your friendly Rainbow Gardener, children and their grown-ups visit the iconic rooms of some of your favourite CBeebies friends to find the missing colours and light up the CBeebies Rainbow.

We took our 2 year old to this at the weekend and he absolutely loved it. Such a brilliant environment for him to explore - he engaged with it really well, and had a magical time. About the experience

What can I expect from the event?

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is a performer-led experience for children under 6 to enjoy with their grown-ups.

Step inside CBeebies Rainbow Adventure for a fun-filled 55 minutes of stories, performer-led activities, theatre and music. Led by your friendly Rainbow Gardener, children and their grown-ups visit the iconic rooms of some of your favourite CBeebies friends to find the missing colours and light up the CBeebies Rainbow.

Be prepared to get involved together – search for colours in Mr Tumble’s house; pretend to create a delightful dish in JoJo and Gran Gran’s kitchen; dance at Duggee’s Clubhouse Disco; and play with the Magic Xylophone in Bluey’s Bedroom.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last? The experience will last approximately 55 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? No, but there are many food and beverage options in Westfield
Can I take food and drink into the Experience? No food or drink may be taken into the Experience. We suggest a pre-experience snack for extra energy!
Is there parking available? Paid parking is available in Westfield.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience does not have virtual reality.
Will there be interaction with the performers? Yes! We encourage you to get in character and interact with the actors. It's okay if you're not too familiar with the show—just have fun with it!
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop located at the end of the adventure.
Can I bring my baby?

Yes of course, please do! This will be a sensory feast for our younger guests.

Babies who can be carried are welcome free of charge. All babies in arms must be carried in a sling or baby carrier at all times during the experience. This is a walk-through experience. For your own safety it’s advisable to have both arms free.

Can my child crawl in the experience? Crawling isn’t allowed. There may be up to 20 children in your group and crawling amongst children wouldn’t be safe. We recommend crawling babies are carried in a sling or baby carrier.
My child has just started walking, will they need a ticket? Yes. Unless you are carrying your baby in a sling for the entire experience you will need to purchase a ticket for your child. This is a 55-minute walk through interactive and immersive experience. We want your child to be engaged. We totally understand they may need to be held, cuddled and carried but they will primarily be walking. The experience is built for them.
How many children can I bring with me? One adult to a maximum of three children. We cannot guarantee entry if this ratio is not met by our visitors. This is for your safety and enjoyment of the experience.
Can I visit without a child? No. Adults without a child will not be admitted to entry. CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is for children accompanied by their parents, family members and carers.
Do you supervise the children? Parents, family members and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times and we ask that you get involved in the experience with the children. You are led through the experience by an actor but your children are your responsibility. Our actors will work with you to ensure all the children and adults alike enjoy the experience and have fun together.
Who is the experience operated by? CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is operated by Rainbow Experience Limited, a partnership between ebp and Fiery Angel Entertainment under license from BBC Studios.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will not have a box office on site. However, you can still buy tickets online up until the show starts. Please note, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated at the door.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Do you offer press passes? If you would like a press pass, please reach out to rainbowadventure@mancecommunications.com.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Entry to the experience is timed. Please ensure you arrive at the starting time on your ticket. On arrival, you will be allocated a show start time, which will be within 20 minutes of the time you booked. Please allow enough time and flexibility for this process.

To ensure a smooth process, we encourage visitors to go to the toilet prior to arrival and pack lightly as we are unable to accommodate large items of luggage or suitcases.

Can I bring animals? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals. If possible, please let us know in advance that you are bringing an assistance dog to one of our performances by emailing: access@cbeebiesrainbowadventure.com
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, there are restrooms available in Westfield.
Can I take photos or record the experience? There will be an opportunity to take photos during the show, when guests meet the costume character.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available?

Small bags and coats can be stored in free self-service lockers. We are unable to accommodate large items of luggage or suitcases.

Is there an age requirement? CBeebies Rainbow Adventure welcomes children of all ages, along with their parents, guardians and carers. However, the experience is best suited to children aged 0-6 years. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Will there be an audio guide? No, you will be interacting with performers throughout the experience.
Can I bring a buggy into the Experience?

No buggies can go through the experience. We have free self-service lockers for your bags and coats and parking available for buggies.

Can I take a bag into the Experience?

Only small cross body bags can be worn into the experience. Strictly no rucksacks are permitted into the experience for safety and security. We know children don’t travel lightly. We have a free of charge cloakroom for you to store all your belongings.

Will there be baby-changing facilities? There are ample family friendly facilities in the shopping centre located very near the experience – the closest being next to Lift Lobby 4.

Travel

Blue Badge and Disabled Parking: Over 5% of parking bays at Westfield London are dedicated to disabled parking and Westfield offer Blue Badge holders 4 hours free parking every day of the week. Full information on blue badge and disabled parking can be found here.

Public transport: The closest stations with step-free access from platform level are Wood Lane and Shepherds Bush (Overground). More information can be found via TfL here.

On Arrival: There is step-free, ramped access to Westfield London. Our entrance area including the Box Office, accessible toilet facilities, cloakroom, gift shop and entrance to the experience are located on the level 0, near ‘Next’ and all have step-free access.

Please note that within the experience there is no seating.

Facilities We have our own accessible toilet exclusively for ticket holders. There are also ample facilities in the shopping centre located very near the experience – the closest being next to Lift Lobby 4. Full information on accessible facilities at Westfield London can be found here.
Wheelchair Access CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is accessible to wheelchair users. The experience is located on Level 0 which has step-free, ramped access. The experience entrance is near ‘Next’. During the booking process, you will be asked if you have any access requirements to tell us about. Please note all requirements in the response box. Are service dogs allowed? Pets are not allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals. If possible, please let us know in advance that you are bringing an assistance dog to one of our performances by emailing: access@cbeebiesrainbowadventure.com

Do you offer Carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).

Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

Do you offer relaxed performance options?

Yes, we are pleased to offer relaxed performances.

These are casual and supportive performances designed to reduce anxiety. They are particularly suitable for anyone who benefits from brighter lighting levels, lower sound levels and a smaller group environment.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? If you have any questions regarding accessibility please contact access@cbeebiesrainbowadventure.com. Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights? CBeebies Rainbow Adventure contains some bright and flashing lights and imagery that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Sound effects are used throughout the experience. Anyone visiting the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure should bear this in mind. Relaxed performances, with fewer flashing lights and lowered sound levels, are available. Please see the ticket selector page for dates.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you are unable to stand for the duration of the show, please let a member of staff know beforehand and we will ensure there is somewhere for you to sit in each of the different rooms.
